A
very successful Recurrency Workshop was held on Saturday, April 20,
2002 at the Tisdale Aero Services hangar. Twenty pilots attended with four
instructors from SIAST and Mitchenson's Flying Service (Saskatoon) providing
the professional education.
Topics included using the NAV Canada website for weather and flight planning (METAR/TAF, Radar), ATC procedural issues, human factors, CARS update on licensing, medicals, airworthiness, and a session on navigation.
Lunch was provided by the Tisdale Air Cadets; home made stuff that was really good!
